Grundy Music/Grundy Television are in the process of acquiring
the rights to 3 more honeydip songs which are to be used in
the popular Network 10 TV soap "Neighbours". This
will bring the total number of honeydip songs used in the show
to five! "Neighbours" is watched in over 60 countries.
Due
to other commitments, completion of the first honeydip album
has been delayed. Its release has been pushed back to 2nd half
of 2007.

2006
honeydip have reverted back to a 3-piece line-up after the departure
of guitarist Adam Courtis.
The guys are currently recording their first full-length album,
due out early next year.

honeydip release their latest self-titled CD. Originally entitled
"Does My Butt Look Big In This?", the band decided
to go with the self-titled option instead.

honeydip started getting regular airplay on episodes of TV Network
Ten's "Neighbours"!

David
Holloway is the latest addition to HONEYDIP, filling the bass
guitar and backing vocal duties. David is also the engineer
and owner of Strawberry Field Studio where HONEYDIP have recorded
most of their material.
The
band has been busy recording new material for their upcoming
CD release tentatively entitled "Does My Butt Look Big
In This?" due for release later in the year.
The
producers of TV's "Neighbours" have acquired
the rights of two HONEYDIP songs to be used in future episodes
of the TV soap. The tracks are "Far Away" and "Nothing
Left".

The
December 4th gig at the Espy will mark the debut performance
of 2 newest HONEYDIP members, Adam Curtis and Steve Cox.

Guitarist
Adam Courtis has now joined HONEYDIP. Adam is a longtime friend
of the band and had actually played guitar on some of the tracks
on the first HONEYDIP CD "Sticky". He is also the
co-designer of the artwork on all of the band's CDs.

HONEYDIP
now have a new bass player - Steve Cox.
Many
thanks to PaulInglis for filling the bass duties for the last
couple of years!
The band are currently working on a new live set and may also
be acquiring another guitarist and becoming a 4-piece unit.

guys have been working on other projects for the past 12 months,
but have now started recording new material for the next HONEYDIP
release.

HONEYDIP
will be the featured unsigned band on Planet Rock radio show
which is syndicated nationally around Australia (Triple M in
Melbourne) on 27 October 2002. There will be an interview with
Tommy and Dean and also airplay of "Far Away".
Release
of new EP "Number One On Mars" postponed until early
2003 due to renewed interest in "Breakup Songs and Dedications"
EP.
HONEYDIP
opened M One concert at Telstra Dome (Colonial Stadium) in Melbourne,
Saturday 12 October 2002. The crowd count for the day was 20,000+!
The band opened for acts such as Garbage, The Tea Party, Nickelback,
Midnight Oil, Lifehouse, Goo Goo Dolls, Billy Idol and many
others. HONEYDIP's performance was followed by an interview
on Triple M radio.
The
